Travelling is a passion of many, and with that passion comes trying exotic foods, nights out partying, binge drinking, and not a lot of time spent exercising. Travelling overseas you may gain new life experiences, new friends, a tan, and those few extra unwanted kgs.

I have returned from the UK, European and American heat in time to lose that extra travelling weight to look good and feel great, and to enjoy the Australian Summer.
