12 Week Body Transformation



I have recently joined Michelle Bridges' team in her 12 Week Body Transformation, with the program commencing in two weeks. As part of a pre-season task we are asked to commit to our goals, to ourselves and to share this with friends and family. I am also committing here; I will post my progress and hope to motivate others in regaining their post-travel bodies.

Therefore, my commitment is to regain my pre European travelling body, and to tone up and slim down for the Australian summer - and to keep it that way, it's always summer somewhere! I am committed to losing 6kg, increasing my fitness and improving my eating habits and overall health. I am committed to do the work to get me there through exercise and committing to healthy eating.

On your mark, get set, GO!

It's time to lose the extra traveling weight from my recent overseas trip. I had the best time of my life and regret nothing; the different foods and nights out drinking with new friends are just part of the joys of traveling. But now that I'm back home it's time to get fit and toned again before the Australian summer. Let's go!!
