I have recently joined Michelle Bridges' team in her 12 Week Body Transformation, with the program commencing in two weeks. As part of a pre-season task we are asked to commit to our goals, to ourselves and to share this with friends and family. I am also committing here; I will post my progress and hope to motivate others in regaining their post-travel bodies.
Therefore, my commitment is to regain my pre European travelling body,
and to tone up and slim down for the Australian summer - and to keep it that
way, it's always summer somewhere! I am committed to losing 6kg, increasing my
fitness and improving my eating habits and overall health. I am committed to do
the work to get me there through exercise and committing to healthy eating.
